Very impressed with the wonderful view from our superior twin room. A huge variety of supplies in the room: central heating, multi-channel television, and a mini bar fridge. Location really close to the Palace and huge garden / park to walk. Also, in a 19th century manor house with an excellent restaurant...

had a such great stay during the holidays, everything was brand-new. the room was tidy and new-fashioned with bathtub, and we slept very well. had an electric kettle and a refrigerator at our disposal.

Relaxing spa facilities with a Finnish sauna, beer baths, massages, and a spa bath truly transported me to a state of bliss. The spa was so luxurious, it felt like being wrapped in a cozy cashmere blanket while floating on a cloud. I left feeling completely rejuvenated and ready to take on the world.

This place is a real catch! The stunning gardens and spacious tennis courts amazed me. As a sport lover, it was great to find such good facilities in a hotel. Also, the breakfast was really tasty; the scrambled eggs and cappuccino were my favorites. Moreover, the hotel’s location allowed me to explore the nearby city easily.

I disliked some aspects of my stay. The pool furniture was rather old and out of shape. Some chairs did not seem secure, and the tables were unstable. That was quite a disappointment, especially for a hotel that otherwise looked well-maintained. Also, some of the days, I unfortunately did not see housekeeping in my room.

The Hotel Palac Romantyczny in Turzno has amazing facilities and beautiful landscaping. The staff is kind and helpful, and the service is excellent. The breakfast is plentiful and the coffee is delicious. There is also a nice pool and spa area, and a big parking area.

During our Easter getaway, we were pleasantly surprised by the lovely park surrounding the hotel. It was a peaceful and serene environment, perfect for relaxation. the restaurant at the hotel also exceeded our expectations with its fabulous food. We had a sensational dinner that left us absolutely delighted.

The lack of service after 9 pm. We tried to call room service but there was no answer, and the hotel bar was closed.

The hotel was in a great location, close to the train station, and with easy access to the city center. the rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and excellent wifi connection. the breakfast was top-notch with a good variety of options to choose from, including local delicacies that were delicious.

Although the staff was friendly, they didn't always seem to be organized which resulted in some delays and confusion. the gym facility was quite small and poorly equipped, making it difficult to get a good workout.
